About me
I'm a writer with deep experience in exercise and health behaviour.
I founded Bang Personal Training in 2008 and Dad Strength in 2021. I've worked with Thrive Global, Precision Nutrition, and Dr. BJ Fogg (including the Stanford Behaviour Design Lab)
I explore health, from the micro to the macro, and from simple exercises to the complexities of the environments and systems we inhabit.
I've appeared in (or maybe on) Vice, GQ, AskMen, the BBC, The Agenda, and The Nature of Things.
I live in Toronto with my partner, Stephanie, and our son, who is full of beans.
